- Polyester has lower elongation than other materials, so the harness does not stretch dangerously in a fall and the worker does not risk slipping out

- "A" or "A/2" labels mark the fall arrest attachment points
- Labels and markings sealed in strong polyethylene wrapping to prevent fading
- Shoulder strap ends locked by plastic lips; all textile loops covered with fabric reinforcement
