How soon will my order ship after it’s placed?

Order placed before 10am EST between Monday and Friday are shipped same day. Orders placed on the weekend are processed and shipped out on the next business day.

Can I place my order without having to register?

No. We require your contact details to serve you better by providing you updates on your order and ensuring that your order is delivered on time.

Which countries does ship products to?

We ship to the following regions: Caribbean Region, Latin America and North America only. Here is a specific list of the specific countries: Anguilla, Aruba, The Bahamas, Barbados, Belize, Bermuda, Brazil, British Virgin Islands, Canada, Cayman Islands, Colombia,  Curaçao, Dominica, Dominican Republic, Grenada, Guyana, Haiti, Jamaica, Mexico, Montserrat, Panama, Puerto Rico, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Saint Lucia, Saint Vincent and Grenadines, Sint Maarten, Trinidad and Tobago, Turks and Caicos Islands, United States of America, U.S. Virgin Islands

Does provide special order services?

Yes. Special order services are available through our Bespoke and Volume Purchasing Services department.

What is the lead-time on special orders?

Lead-time can range 2 to 6 weeks for most special order items. See product details for specific special order lead-time notation. This only applies to some product. Non-Special order items we usually stock.

What is the lead-time for customized (bespoke) orders?

Delivery lead-time depends on volume ordered and type of customization required. For example, typically, a non-stocked Coverall that only requires logo to be added for a quantity of 120 pieces can have a lead-time of 3 to 4 weeks, depending on the season; as our busy season is during the summer months. If the same order is for a Coverall that we stock, the turnaround time can be less than 10 working days for an order to be ready to ship.
